The Loft at 1850 has a very convenient location right in town of Mariposa, on the way to Yosemite National Park. Our loft is a private 2 bedroom with bath (1 cal king, 1 queen bed) and the space has been completely renovated and is furnished with a new mattress, luxury linens, and comfortable decor. The loft is clean, safe and well lit. Our loft offers free onsite parking, is walking distance to restaurants, bus stop, grocery store, museum, coffee shops, and downtown. The space Our space is located right in the town of Mariposa, which makes getting to Yosemite a breeze! We are less than 30 miles (45 minutes) from the gateway to Yosemite, through the beautiful scenic River Canyon route. Make The Loft your home base while you travel to Yosemite and surrounding areas. We are conveniently located above 1850 Restaurant, so let us cook for you once you return from the park, or call in take-out and dine from the comfort of the couch in our Loft! We are also close to museums (Mariposa History Museum), shops (tons of cute shops downtown), wine tasting (Casto Oaks Winery), olive oil and balsamic tasting (Costa Livos), adventuring (Yosemite Ziplines) and more... The new air conditioning unit keeps the space nice and cool in the Summer time, and the heater keeps it nice and cozy warm in the winter too. The Loft also has a full kitchen with many gourmet amenities so you can cook for yourselves if you prefer! In the kitchen you will find a full size refrigerator, pots and pans, bakeware, microwave, toaster, coffee pot, china, silverware, basic cooking ingredients (olive oil, balsamic, nonstick spray, sugar, etc...) There is a full grocery store two blocks away if you want to grab dinner items, or snacks and a lunch for Yosemite. There is a full laundry room on site complete with all of your laundry soap and softener needs. Feel free to use them at your leisure. The property has been completely remodeled and is very clean. Due to the location of this rental no pets are allowed on site Guest access The YARTS bus stop, number 123 is located just a block away with many daily services to and from Yosemite National Park. Guests will have full access to our full kitchen, living area, master bedroom, dual sinks in the bathroom, and a full laundry room. There is a large 60" HD flat screen Smart TV on site, as well as included free wifi on the property. Other things to note The Loft is recently remodeled, clean, and super comfortable. The bed and the linens are so cozy... you'll want to come back!!! Note: Unfortunately, due to county safety regulations, the fireplace can not be used by guests in any transient occupied rental. Don't worry though, the brand new heater works great in the winter time and will keep you nice and cozy!
