Absolutely quiet apartment between Munich and the Alps

Our spacious, 58 m ² apartment is a granny flat in the first Floor in a large country house. It is located 7 km east of Lake Starnberg in an absolutely quiet residential area in Eurasburg. The apartment is bright (south / west orientation), friendly and modern, accessible via a separate entrance. It has a bright 35 m² large living room with large satellite TV and stereo, W-Lan on request, bathroom with bath / shower and toilet, wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with oven / extractor fan, kettle, toaster, coffee maker , Fridge with freezer - no dishwasher), own washing machine in the cellar. Bedroom (double bed) large balcony (table, 2 chairs) with nice views to the garden. A bed for a younger people, to 15 years can be provided in the living room for an extra charge of 10 € / day. For a baby / toddler there is a free bed with the dimensions 70x140cm. Eurasburg is halfway between Munich  (35 km) and the mountains. You can reach us via the A95 motorway in about 20 minutes from Munich city limits. Shop in a health food store in the village Rental only for non-smokers, no pets. Minimum stay 4 days. Numerous leisure and sports facilities such as hiking, biking, several golf courses, z. B. Beuerberg 4 km away, skiing, z. B. Lenggries 35 km away. Know ideal destinations around the Bavarian Oberland: Lake Starnberg, Ammersee, Staffelsee, Tegernsee, Schliersee, Bad Tolz (nice market street with old houses, many shops and restaurants) On request, we will gladly submit proposals.
