Or take a stroll down Park Boulevard and choose from world-class Mexican, Ethiopian, Italian, and New Zealand restaurants - all within walking distance. ***MASTER BEDROOM*** The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, two side tables, a large wooden dresser, mirrored closet, and an east-facing window so you'll have morning light to wake you gently. It has its own large screen TV with Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Prime Video, and Youtube TV to browse through. There is an additional queen bed in the fold out couch in the living room. ***BATHROOM*** Clean and fully stocked with fluffy towels and everything you'd need. ***WASHER DRYER*** State of the art washer and dryer included in the unit. ***PARKING*** One dedicated parking space in the driveway. Have more than one car? No problem. There is ample street parking, seriously. You'll always find a spot. ***OUTDOOR SHARED SPACE*** The balcony and a gas barbecue grill for having the coziest evenings in good company. The shared backyard comes with a jacuzzi, fire pit, and seating area that you can use. Please be respectful of your noise levels. Please clean up after yourself. Please be courteous of the neighbors. There are two gates in the backyard space, please make sure to keep these locked and closed when enjoying the backyard facilities. ***CHECK IN*** For check-in, we'll give you a code to the front door and you can arrive anytime after 4pm and check yourself in. You can always feel safe and secure at the Hillcrest Haven. ***OTHER THINGS TO NOTE*** This unit is on the top floor of a two story building. Must use stairs to access. Backyard and front yard are shared with the downstairs unit and side house. Disclaimer: Both neighbors are fantastic. Quiet, clean and respectable. This is a quiet shared space. Please be respectful of the neighbors. As mentioned above, the property is shared between three units: (yours, the top unit), a bottom unit, and a detached house. All 3 units share a front yard and backyard, as well as the outdoor amenities (jacuzzi, firepit), please be mindful. This is a quiet complex. Please do not disturb the neighbors. You are on the second story, and the first story is occupied by a full-time tenant. The detached house is also occupied so please be respectful. Other things to note There is a parking space in the front. And ample street parking. You'll always find a spot!
