Sunny Beach House up on the hill with amazing views looking down over Tairua. Close to town and the harbour and just a short drive to the white sand surf beach. Upstairs is an internal access garage. A large modern kitchen fully equipped including: dishwasher, induction cook-top, oven and microwave. An open plan living area including dining table, a fold out sofa bed and a sunny North facing deck (with a sun conservatory) all with amazing views. Downstairs is where the bedrooms are located. The front two bedrooms with queen beds open onto a small deck with some sea views, and a third bedroom with 3 single beds. The main bathroom is downstairs as well as the laundry. We welcome children, but be aware that the property is not fenced in and there are steep stairs outside. We would recommend not letting your children play in the area down these stairs. We have 2 children of our own, and just restrict them from using that particular outside area.
