Other things to note The price listed for the room is for one guest only, $20/guest per night for additional guest. No outside airbnb guest/s allowed unless permitted. Laundry is allowed on weekends from 11am to 9pm or week nights from 7pm to 10pm . You are allowed a maximum of 2 loads each week. Please be aware that quiet time starts at 10pm to 10 am.Please be considerate with other quest that needs to sleep early for work and those who wants to sleep in a bit. So avoid using common areas very late but if you need to use it; then keep it low. Parking is limited ; please confirm that there is available spot before booking and i am not liable for any damages while your car. Self serve are provided ( bread, butter,egg, cereal, milk , fruit, snacks) these are all complimentary. Also washing machines are free of charge, detergent are provided.
