The house is located in the valley of the Libardón River in the village of La Riera, full of examples of traditional Asturian architecture. The distance to the beach is about 3 km and you can go without worrying about the cars taking a walk along the river bank until you reach Colunga and then through San Juan de Luz which is also a typically Asturian village.
