Other things to note ** Instant Bookings: We are happy to accept same day bookings but check-in time may vary. Please give at least 2 hours time frame from the normal check-in time and also bookings made after 3.30 PM. ** Extra Linen Use: If using the sofa bed, pls. let us know in advance so we can organise your required extra bedding linens. Extra surcharge of $30 per stay, for the additional laundry charges will incur. ** Cleaning fee for long stays: If guests are staying for more than two weeks, and required the apartment to be cleaned, a cleaner can be arranged for a fee.
