Through a door you reach the sunny south-west balcony, which is already equipped with table and chairs. The studio apartment is located in the 8th. Floor (east side) in a well-kept high-rise. Bike paths start right outside the front door. Bicycles can be accommodated in the communal cellar. Pedestrian area, shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars, museums, theaters, church, Havenwelten and the water can be reached on foot in 2-15 minutes.
