Country house in the Livradois-Forez Regional Nature Park

Family home built in 1889 has been inhabited by generations of our family. You have the kitchen (no kitchen linen), a living area with stove, a veranda with beautiful views of Margeride and the surrounding area. A laundry room with toilet area. Upstairs 3 spacious bedrooms (bed linen will be at your disposal) a walk-in bathroom and toilet (no linen provided). This house is with an unenclosed green space in a small village without exit from the Livradois Forez park. The space The house is located in a small village in a quiet and ideal place to rest, read and discover the surroundings. You are 3 km from the A89 highway exit via Lyon or Clermont Fd. Local shops are 3 km away. For visits you have Thiers, Saint-Rémy-sur-Durolle (lake with leisure center and various shops) Vichy, Ambert, Clermont-Ferrand, Le Puy de Dome, Vulcania, hiking, markets etc... documentation and maps are available at the house. Other things to note House restored with taste, if you have a problem please let us know. A deposit of €400 will be requested upon delivery of the keys and returned upon your departure. Housekeeping must be done upon checkout. If not, I will ask you for a flat rate of €100 for cleaning.
