The apartment is easily accessible with an elevator. Only about 50 meters separate you from the beautiful sandy beach of the Baltic Sea. Notes on additional costs and fees: The security deposit is due in advance and must be transferred with the rent. The security deposit will be approx. 14 working days after your departure. Electricity/water/heating are included. Bed and bath linens can be ordered on request for a fee. The visitor's tax is due before arrival. If a health certificate or similar is required after booking and by decision of the state, the renter must obtain this certificate at his own expense and present it at the request of the authorities. Parking is available free of charge. If available, a bicycle shed can be booked for €5 per night. Since only a limited number are available, we recommend a timely reservation. In two comfortable bedrooms with comfortable double beds and TV, as well as a maritime children's room with bunk beds, you and your "little ones" will be able to sleep without any problems until you are completely rested and balanced. From the cozy dining area, which offers plenty of seating, you also have a wonderful view of the sea.
