There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms: • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed Inside, you`ll enjoy a warm and cosy environment year-round, with double glazing and a heat pump ensuring your comfort no matter the season. A compact kitchenette and dining space flow onto a sunny tiled patio, where you can take in the expansive views over morning coffee or evening drinks. Fire up the BBQ and make the most of outdoor dining in this private setting. The generously sized separate lounge is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring, complete with TV and Freeview. Just a short drive away, you`ll find local amenities including a café, restaurant, and dairy. Be sure to visit the enchanting L`arte Café and Gallery, an iconic local gem known for its mosaic art and garden setting. Other features include: Parking for two vehicles (note: no space for boats or trailers). Peaceful, elevated position with incredible lake views. Please note: This unit does not have Wi-Fi or an oven. Linen is not included, but can be hired for $17.25 per person – please select this option during booking or note it in the comments. When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō. We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled. The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It`s your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
