Cozy, convenient, centrally located cottage

I have a cozy 1840's home right in the center of Westhampton Beach, LI. I also have 3 beds available for 3-4 day weekends, 2 beds in one room and 1 bed in an adjoining room (with a door for privacy). Anyone who loves a beautiful beach, charming small Village with weekly concerts at the Gazebo up the street and a world renowned Performing Arts Center, you will certainly love my hometown. I have been in my home for about 50 yrs. and would love to share it with mature adults who like porches, decks, and comfort.
