This spacious apartment is located in the country. Only 1.5 miles from Concord N.H. Town line. In our neighborhood it is common to see people walking there dogs, children playing, as well as runners going by. The view of our neighbors horse farm is a charming site to see. Enjoy our seasonal garden and foliage while you sit outside in your own sitting area. Which includes electric grill for cooking. (Seasonal) The space Our country apartment is clean with spacious rooms. Apartment has lots of windows and natural light. The second floor includes high ceilings and skylight. Living room features a 32 inch flat screen TV. The kitchen is complete with everything you need to cook and serve. As well as oven we do have a toaster oven, microwave, double burner hot plate, a griddle, coffee pot, full size fridge, and outside there is an electric grill (grill is seasonal). Conveniently located 10 miles off 93 and just 3 miles off 89 Junction and is only 5 miles to Concord State Capital and Concord Hospital. Guest access Guest have access to entire two floor apartment. You have a private secured entrance. I have no intentions of entering the apartment but I reserve the right too if I feel it necessary.
