The space Nestled in a serene and peaceful neighborhood, our residence offers a tranquil escape with nearby hiking paths for those seeking outdoor adventures. Surprisingly, despite the serene setting, our home is conveniently located within close proximity to several notable attractions in the city. Whether you're heading downtown, to a cultural hotspot, or any other destination, you'll find that it typically takes just about 20 minutes to reach any point of interest within the city. As our guest, you have access to the cozy guest room and guest bath, the inviting main living room, the lower level theater room featuring a 130" screen and surround sound system, the elegant dining room, the well-equipped kitchen, the convenient laundry room, exercise equipment, and the serene backyard deck. We encourage you to indulge in the tranquil atmosphere of our deck and beautifully landscaped yard, as they are particularly delightful spaces for relaxation. If you prefer to keep them out of your room, please feel free to close the door. SECURITY: We have 2 exterior cameras, a Ring doorbell and floodlights with a camera in the front of the house. These measures are in place to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents. For guests planning extended stays, it's worth noting that Airbnb charges on a monthly basis rather than requiring the full payment upfront. This provides greater convenience and flexibility for long-term visitors. We do offer a 33% discount off monthly stays.
