A fully equipped kitchen offers a combi oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher, as well as all the other important utensils for amateur chefs. Two bar stools at the kitchenette promise convivial cooking evenings, making the kitchen the communicative center of this wonderful apartment. End the evening perfectly - or start the day comfortably, all this can be done in the cozy living area. A large sofa, which can be easily converted into a comfortable bed for up to two people, and two armchairs offer plenty of space. Directly from the living area you have access to the terrace and your own garden - naturally equipped with garden furniture and loungers. A bedroom with a view of the greenery You also have direct access to the garden from the bedroom. A generous box-spring bed as well as a closet and clothes rail leave nothing to be desired. Our "Riverside" vacation apartment also has a modern, spacious bathroom with toilet and walk-in rainforest shower. Recharging your batteries is easy here! Private parking space for your car Our guests can look forward to a reserved underground parking space. There is also a lockable cellar compartment in front of the parking space, equipped with a power socket. Perfect for skis or e-bikes! Access to the house is barrier-free via the elevator. If you have a pet, you are welcome to bring it into the apartment, as animals are welcome here.
