Sleeps 8 people. Ski-in ski-out, sunny penthouse condo with double vaulted ceilings in main building (newest) in the Village at Squaw Valley. Unit is very short walking distance from gondola/main lifts. 3-bedroom, 3 -bathroom comes fully furnished, including use of gym, pool, hot tub, sauna, etc. Washer/dryer in unit for your convenience. All appliances are premier level stainless steel (4-toaster, large coffee machine, knives, cookware, etc.) Heat: Central heat and space heaters are provided. AC: The Village is at approximately 6000 feet above sea level and most summer nights are quite cool, well below 60 degrees. There is a portable air conditioner in the bedroom, but it should not be considered as a true cooling mechanism. Building 5 is the newest building in the village and none of them have central air. Please note, after reservation is made there will be a separate email sent out from Airbnb collecting 13% local state taxes for us.
