Public Transport is a short walk away, while taxis and E-hailing services including GRAB, ensure you can reach your destination quickly and easily. The area surrounding Banyan Tree Residences has an abundance of dining options, including formal five-star restaurants, casual dining, takeaway, and street markets. Pavilion Shopping Mall is just across the road from our entrance and is home to everything from luxury brands to cinemas and grocery shopping. House Rules 1. Smoking is not permitted. If you’re suite includes a balcony, smoking is permitted only while on the balcony. Please close the door behind you to stop smoke entering the room. 2. Please switch off all air-conditioning units and lights when you are out. Let’s do our part to reduce energy consumption. 3. Only light cooking is allowed. Please ensure the kitchen exhaust hood is switched on each time you are cooking. Food with strong odours are strictly not allowed. These include fish, grilled food, durian and similar foods. 4. Please dispose of rubbish in the garbage room regularly during your stay, especially if your stay is longer than three days. The garbage room is located behind the service lift on your floor. 5.Check out time is 12:00 PM. A surcharge will apply if you stay longer than 12:00pm. If you decide to check out early, please put the key and access cards in the Apartment’s mailbox or contact our resident service team. 6. Upon check out, please make sure you take all belongings. We are not responsible for anything left behind after checkout. 7. As a residential location, parties and large gatherings are strictly forbidden. Please comply with all local laws. Any disturbance or illegal activity will be reported to relevant authorities. 8. This residence is not associated with the Front Desk in the lobby.
