Villa Vernaschi welcomes you to the heart of the Marche countryside, in an atmosphere that only this land can offer: rolling green hills with the mountains standing watch just around the corner. Fully restored to meet the latest anti-seismic standards, the villa reveals all its made-in-Marche beauty. In 2025 the pool was completely renovated: generously sized, with a sun terrace fitted with umbrellas and loungers. Guests also have access to a large garden where children can kick a ball around, and a patio with a wood-fired oven and barbecue — perfect for al fresco dinners, soaking up the garden and the view, turning your evenings into real moments of celebration. The villa is now divided into two independent apartments, with five bedrooms in total: each apartment has its own kitchen and living room, giving privacy to anyone who wants it — ideal for two families or groups of friends who'd like to share the holiday while keeping their own space. Full details of the bedroom layout are available on the website, under "bedrooms." Available for up to six adult couples and five children or teenagers. During your stay, one of our staff members will carry out periodic checks on the pool and skimmer cleaning, without disturbing guests and without prior notice. Check-in from 3pm to 6pm, check-out by 10am, no exceptions. Under Italian law on short-term rentals, consumable goods such as food or spare toilet paper cannot be left in the house. Only the initial set of linen — sheets and towels — is provided, with no change during the stay; pool towels are not included. If you'd like cleaning during your stay, we can put you in touch with external providers, to be paid directly. Firewood for the barbecue and other extras are not included but are easy to find nearby. A security deposit is required, paid not to us but directly through VRBO, and refunded after a thorough inspection of the property following check-out, within a maximum of seven days. At check-out, the villa must be left tidy: dishes washed and put away, used linen left on the floor, fridge and freezer empty, and the house, gardens and pool free of rubbish. Failure to comply with the house rules is subject to the conditions set out in the rental contract. The villa does not offer any services directly, but you can contact nearby businesses for cooking, an in-villa pizza chef, cleaning during your stay, boat trip arrangements, home meal delivery, firewood, Italian-speaking babysitting when available, and a personal interpreter/translator.
