Guest access You have access to the back patio that backs up to the waterfront canal and boat dock. It’s a great place to sit and enjoy the water and outdoors. Other things to note Since we have a boat dock, feel free to bring your boat and dock it here during your stay. The neighborhood channels lead out to the inter coastal waterway that is home to some of the best Redfish, Speckled Trout and Black drum fishing on the Texas coast! There is a private boat launch you can use to unload/load your boat but there is no parking your vehicle or trailer, you must park it on our property.
