Mountain House immersed in Native Forest

This beautiful rustic house has been solidly built inside a 5,600 square meter plot in the Chilean Mountain's Native Forest in the Cajón del Maipo. The entire structural design and its surroundings were designed not only to live comfortably, but also to live a great natural, spiritual and restful experience. It is equipped with everything you need to escape the current stress of the capital and create memories for a lifetime. Very close to Adventure Tourism sectors The space On the first level of the house, you will find a comfortable living room with wood heating for the winter, windows overlooking the mountain and a cozy, fully equipped rustic American kitchen area next to the dining room. There is also the master suite with a private bathroom and its own wood-burning stove next to an exit to a terrace or semi-private gazebo in a natural environment with an unsurpassed view of the surroundings. Just before climbing the stairs to the second level, you will find the second bathroom and once upstairs you will have access to rooms 2 and 3 and also to a comfortable family room. On the second level, there is also a third bathroom and a reading room that gives access to an upper level exit to the native forest and various fruit trees with a staircase that connects it to the outside of the first level where you can re-enter the house or find the main terrace and a dining room with a large outdoor family table. In the surroundings of the house you will find a barbecue area covered by trees and also a pleasant place to have a fire or relax in a hammock. Towards the entrance of the property there are stairs that will take you to the games area and to the pool and summer deck. In general, the house is very well insulated from the winter cold and/or a pleasant summer breeze from the native forest will keep all the rooms very well tempered. If you go into the woods with the kids, you will find an extremely rustic tree house that will turn the walk with children into a secret adventure. To complement, we have board games, WiFi signal and cable TV available for those great addicts to the seventh art. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the property that are not closed or prohibited (such as any furniture or space that we keep closed to store supplies or provisions) Other things to note The plot is located in native forest and in the surroundings of a protected reserve, so all necessary precautions are requested to smoke only in the authorized places, smoking is not allowed inside the house and outside ashtrays have been arranged in suitable places, (e.g. on terraces and authorized spaces). No outdoor music amplification or annoying noises that disturb the natural balance of the area are allowed. Any excessive noise should be reduced between 12:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Music can be heard at an appropriate volume during the permitted hours. There is a tendency for the residents of the Ingenio to try to harmonize with the environment, where electronic noise pollution can disturb such harmony. Do not use glasses, bottles or glass jars in the pool area, its terrace and surrounding lawn. Possible breakages and glass debris represent a danger that we must avoid. There are plastic cups and jars in the house. Frying is not allowed inside the house, the grill for roasts located outside has a suitable burner for this. Burnt and used oil cannot be spilled through the house drainage system (WC - sinks and/or dishwashers). The host will indicate where it should be dumped. The house can accommodate 8 guests plus a child up to 3 years old (additional crib provided free of charge). Groups of more than 8 guests will not be allowed without prior agreement. To do so, check with your host for availability and rates for up to 1 additional person. Remember that access is not allowed for other people outside the reservation (we refer to guests for the day or overnight stays), mainly because the house has a maximum capacity of 8 Guests + 1 guest on a sofa bed. For Late Check-Out requirements, please check with the host after reviewing scheduled reservations. Late Check-Out until 3:00 p.m. has an additional value of $30,000. Each additional hour from 3:00 pm is charged at $15,000 per hour There is the possibility under prior agreement to accept small breed pets that do not represent problems or inconveniences to the health and safety of guests, confirm with your host, the additional fee of 1 pet per day is $20,000
