Very nice 2 bedroom villa with 2 double beds, 2 bathrooms, surface of 130 m2, private swimming pool, terrace of 40 m2 located in a beautiful area in Rawai, a few minutes from the nearest beach. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: We will be at the property for check-in and check-out. We are at your disposal in case of problems during your stay. A deposit of 500 euros will be required upon your arrival, this will be returned to you upon your departure. Electricity is not included in the rental price, electricity is not expensive at all in Phuket, only 5 Baht Kw. Smoking is allowed on the terrace and balcony. Flexible entry and exit times if possible. No supplement to pay for additional guests if the maximum capacity of the property is respected. ADDITIONALS RULES  1: Refundable security deposit in cash requested on arrival of 500 EUROS or 20000 THB or equivalent in other currency.
