We keep a clean, cozy property for all of our guests. Therefore: All pet hair must be removed from couch and unit prior to check out. Our cleaners charge $300+ for pet hair removal or odor remediating deep cleaning. We have had to replace many couches due to dog hair and/or damage. Please cover and protect if necessary. Pets must be potty trained & not disturb neighbors. Pet training pads are not allowed. This is a 100% smoke-free property.
