Merced City and Gateway to Yosemite Gorgeous Home!

Hello guests! We love hosting guests from all over the world in this home. The house is very close to UC Merced, Merced College, Medical Center, shopping, eateries, and more! Merced is the "Gateway to Yosemite" and is a beautiful scenic drive away from Yosemite National Park! This home has been fully remodeled with a modern, contemporary feel and is fully furnished with everything you need for a short or extended stay. Please feel free to contact us with any questions! The space Our home has recently been renovated and has a welcoming and comfortable feel! This home has new flooring, and some brand new furnishings for guests to enjoy. It is in a desirable neighborhood and the house is about 2400 sq ft and you will feel safety to live here. Also this home is unique in the fact that it is NOT occupied, so it is more of a true vacation home rather than someone living in it on a daily basis. We have all the necessities for an enjoyable stay: room luggage racks, coat hangers, dressers, brand new mattresses. Our bathrooms have single-use lotion and shower products, blow dryers, and hotel quality towels. Our kitchen is fully stocked, whether you just need a place to keep your leftovers or if you want to cook food for yourself. Lastly, we have 2 living rooms: one has a comfortable sofa and is best for quality time together. Guest access Our guests will truly feel like home here and have have access to everything and utilize all the essentials and rooms in the home: laundry room, kitchen, backyard and bedrooms. The door lock is an electronic keypad, and high-speed internet access is available and set up for our guest's enjoyment.
