Waterfront home with canal views from dining area and balcony. It’s a custom built with high ceilings, open kitchen and Private 50’ concrete dock. Many amenities so just bring your personal items (clothes and toiletries). The house is on an open boat-friendly canal with a 50’ concrete deck. The dock has water & electricity and PVC pipes to protect your boat and cleats to tie off. We have kayaks (two single, one sit on top) and two adults size paddle boards. The space Comfortable and designed for extended stays. Downstairs storage room equipped with a stand up freezer for bait. A short drive to/from Key West. Bring your boat and enjoy the freedom of exploring the lower Keys. There is a fish Cleaning station on the dock with water access. Great location for Fishing, diving, snorkeling and exploring the surrounding waters. Indoors you can relax and enjoy the waterfront view and morning coffee, and evening sunsets from the patio overlooking the canal. To exit from canal if swimming there is a ladder by the dock. To exit by boat be aware of navigational signals and stay away from barriers island at low tide there are many shallow areas. This monthly rental is ideal for winter visitors escaping colder climates, Boaters and fishing enthusiast, remote workers seeking and extended island stay, and guess wanting to experience the Florida Keys or even those wanting to purchase a home.
