The space Located in an exclusive, private, quiet residential neighborhood. World class location and world class views! Two sliding glass doors open to a private deck overlooking the San Francisco Bay. The cottage is furnished with a coastal vibe. Luxury Serena and Lilly bedding, rug and furnishings. Handmade Roman shades. Kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction burner, nespresso machine, toaster oven, sink, cookware and dishes. Wall mounted tv with cable and Netflix. Large closet with dresser. It has a large private deck with large dining table, hammock for relaxing while watching the bay, and cafe lights for added evening charm and ambiance. Our cottage is small but very comfortable, bright with lots of windows and sliding glass doors. 10 months out of the year we have indoor/outdoor living where the large deck off the backside of the cottage becomes part of your living space. The wifi is fast and works great. We have a housekeeping service which can include personal laundry for an additional fee. Our unit is very clean Guest access I live on the property in the main house. Available business hours to help with any issues, after hours for emergencies only. Other things to note Our locality requires we have a minimum of 30 days for the rental. I believe we’re competitive in pricing to make it worth your while, even if you don’t end up staying the full 30 days.
