In the town of Montréal, in South Ardèche, Chalet Cigales: 49 m², air-conditioned, composed of 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 toilet and an open living room overlooking a covered terrace. Equipped kitchen, washing machine, barbecue. Pets are welcome and will enjoy the fully enclosed garden. Above-ground individual pool with secure ladder, private bowling alley, private parking, new equipment. End-of-stay CLEANING NOT INCLUDED and HOUSE LINEN NOT PROVIDED but possible as an option. The space 5 minutes from Largentière, close to the Ardèche gorges and Vallon Pont d'Arc. Guest access entire place Other things to note Linens not provided but optional on request: - bed linen: €12 per double bed (1 fitted sheet/1 flat sheet/1 pillowcase and 2 pillowcases) and €10 per single bed (1 fitted sheet/1 flat sheet/1 pillowcase and 1 pillowcase) -bath towels: €5 per traveler (1 bath towel + 1 hand towel) - cleaning fee: €60 per stay (checkout procedure: clean kitchen, dishes done, garbage cans emptied, furniture put back in place, beds undone and linen gathered.)
