The space Small and private, very cozy, with electricity, ceiling fan, heat, wireless internet, full flush toilet, indoor shower, cozy bed up in the loft, extra sleeping space below, refrigerator, electric burner cooking stove, coffee/tea provided. Outside, there is a table and chairs, and ample parking. Small, well-behaved dogs welcome for a $20 fee. House is perfect for: * A solo retreat, getting away for a few days, drinking coffee & reading a novel cover to cover, meditating/doing yoga, having some quiet time to get some work done. * Couples getaway to spend some quality time together. * Fun Tiny House adventure for a couple with a small family. * Affordable base of operations from which to explore the Sierra Nevada Mountains and the Yuba River. * Place to crash after hiking, biking, and exploring historic downtown areas. Guest access It's easy to access this gorgeous area from Highway 80 via Hwy 174. . WINTER MONTHS 4-WHEEL DRIVE MAY BE NECESSARY Other things to note --------- Quiet forest setting with a cozy, rustic feel. The loft is accessed by a somewhat steep staircase (not a ladder). Please note: towels are not provided (bring your own if preferred). Road access is easy, but 4WD may be needed when we have an unusual amount of snow. Wildlife is part of the experience. This is a peaceful space—no parties or loud gatherings.
