Modern villa with oak parquet and white concrete. Laboratory kitchen open to living room and dining room. Terrace, 175 m² planted with 1400m² garden. Superb view of the ponds, the sea and the countryside. We live outside. Children's area upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 games room, a bathroom and a toilet. Ground floor: Master bedroom, 1 shower room, 1 wc, a large living space opening onto a huge terrace protected from the sun by the pergola. Contemplate the view, sitting under the palm trees with a glass of rosé while watching the barbecue at the other end of the terrace, it's great. The 1400m² garden should allow your children to let off steam, balloons, skates are available, a giant trampoline that pleases children AND parents! than a swing. We have a library upstairs if you want to take a book to the beach. In general, our hosts appreciate the variety of books, some are in English. Each of the children's rooms has a library for ages 2 to 14. We leave them available for your children.
