Hop skip or jump to the new Gatton Park. Easy walk to Rupp Arena, The Civic Center, Triangle Park and all that Downtown Lexington has to offer. Sweet access to The Bourbon Trail! The University of Kentucky is less than 2 miles away, KY Horse Park, The Bluegrass Airport, and Keeneland are all within a 15 minute drive. The large 1st floor unit in this 2 story renovated historic house offers friends, colleagues or couples a bright space to enjoy after a fun day of exploring. Large screen Smart TV allows you to stream your own channels. The kitchen is stocked with all you need for cooking and there is a laundry room as well. The second floor is a separate Airbnb listing and a totally private apartment with a separate entrance. Guest access There is ample on street parking in front of the house. 2nd street is a one way street. At the end of the block there are several restaurants, a wine shop, and even a Bourbon shop and bar in walking distance. Easy walkable neighborhood or drive and park where you want to go. Please feel free to ask us about specific places or things you want to explore, and we are happy to answer any of your questions. We have lived in Lexington for over 20 years and we love it here! Other things to note There is absolutely no smoking inside this apartment. No parties allowed. 4 person maximum occupancy at all times. Please book for the correct number of people. We do not host guests from the area without prior permission. If you are from the area you need to inquire with us first before you book and we will consider it based on the detail you provide. We have had bad experiences with people who are from the area and book at the last minute. There is no smoking inside or near the entrances. There is an outside ring camera by the front entrance.
