Experience Nebraska Sandhills Lake life in the heart of Lemoyne with plenty of space! The farmhouse offers a newly remodeled walkout garden level apartment, ready for your fishing and lake adventure! It's a kid and pet friendly vacation neighborhood, with partial hookups for an RV (extra charge). Every Saturday night in the summer there is live music at Admiral's Cove Bar but by Sunday afternoons the crowds thin out and the lake is normally empty after 1 pm! The space The Garden Level apartment offers a very private patio, yard and parking with outdoor dining and seating areas. Plenty of space for your cornhole boards or use the lounge chairs for sun bathing. There is a gas grill and a large blackstone grill for your outdoor cooking needs. Inside offers a full remodeled space with a large master bedroom and large closet with an Alexa unit. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a full mattress on the lower and a twin on the upper level. The living room has a lounger sofa section and a pull out full size bed. The coffee table is large enough for board games and also is a pop up for meals on the sofa. There is a 42" flatscreen tv, with dish cable and wifi. The dining room table is perfect for indoor meals or setting up an office workspace with outlets at table height. The full kitchen is completely stocked with just about anything you'd need for a home away from home, including a new carafe coffee pot, ice maker, toaster, crock pot, microwave, range, and refrigerator. There is another bonus living area with views onto the patio and a heavenly lounger chair in front of another TV and dish unit. An electric fireplace makes for a cozy spot on the cooler nights watching a movie. A bowflex treadclimber sits in the room and can be used by guests if a work out is in order. This is the true garden room with ceiling height indoor plants to bring the outdoors in! The laundery room sits up a flight of stairs and is shared with me, the homeowner. Feel free to come sit on the front patio and watch the sun set over Lake Mac while watching the neighbors pass by in their side by sides and golf carts. Guest access There is a code combination lock on the main entry door that will make coming and going easy for your whole party. Other things to note We offer a locally grown beef purchase option so check out Flyingdiamondbeef.com and you can order for home or select your own fresh grilling options right on the premise. Steaks, burgers, ground beef, brats, tri-tips, beef ribs etc. It's some of the best beef you'll ever eat raised right here in the Sandhills! If you need to park a motor home, we rent out enough space and a 110 electrical hookup for only $30 per night. So bring your extra family! Friendly quiet Pets are welcome with Host approval. There are 2 resident indoor/outdoor cats (Sammi and Chai) that are pretty social but not big fan of dogs, so provided your fur baby doesnt chase my fur babies everyone will get along great! The cats do NOT live in the apartment unit and I try to keep it cat free.
