It is a haven of peace, ideal for holidays for families or groups of friends, looking for nature and calm. It will delight hikers and cyclists: the GR 34 and bike paths pass behind the house. You like lazing at the beach: sublime sandy beaches are a 10-minute drive to Carantec, Saint Pol de Léon, Santec, Roscoff. The space The villa can accommodate 8 guests • On the ground floor: you will have a beautiful living space, with large bay windows overlooking the sea (beautiful view of the river), with: - a large living room around a fireplace with insert, overlooked by a mezzanine with a connected TV - a fully equipped kitchen bar (oven, fridge-freezer, mixed gas and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, electric coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster) open to a living room (table with 8 chairs) - a master bedroom (queen size bed) with storage closet and private bathroom - a self-catering toilet - an independent handwasher - Garage with laundry (washing machine – dryer) • Upstairs: 3 bedrooms - one twin bedroom with sea view with storage cabinets - two queen size bedrooms with storage closets including a sea view - a large bathroom with 2 sinks, a bathtub and a toilet The queen size bedding is new and premium quality. • Outside: - 1 large garden table + 8 chairs - 1 WEBER BBQ - 1 umbrella - 2 deckchairs • Internet (free WiFi connection) • Heating: electric Linens are provided as well as towels. The rent includes: - electricity (based on a weekly consumption of 90 kWh)  - water (based on a weekly consumption of 5 m³) A meter reading is therefore taken on arrival and departure In the event of an overrun, the payment of the difference will be invoiced on the basis of €0.25/kWh for electricity and €3.5/m3 for water (rates in force 2025) and to be paid at the start. Parties and events that may create disturbances, as well as open invitation gatherings, are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Guest access You have access to the entire home Other things to note For a baby only: a high chair, a travel cot and a baby bath can be made available to you on request when you book. You can park inside the property (maximum 3 cars). Cleaning is included in the reservation, but you will have everything you need if needed .
