Newly renovated, equipped with all the modern appliances you could expect in such a thoughtful beach abode. A generous spacious apartment for entertaining dinner guests or dine out at one of the restaurants within walking distance. You will certainly feel rejuvenated, and pampered after a stay at The Retreat on Currumbin Beach. The Rocks Resort is located across the road from the beach and a short walk from flagged swimming areas including the famous surf spot Currumbin Alley. From the beginning of June through to the end of September you can enjoy whale watching from the living room or balcony. The resort offers a large swimming pool, 2 spa's, BBQ area, tennis court, gym and games room. The apartment is air conditioned throughout, and fully furnished with everything you need to make this your home away from home. The kitchen has all the appliances you would expect including a nespresso coffee maker. The master bedroom features a queen bed with an electronic adjustable bed base perfect for reading in bed. It has an ensuite and large walk in wardrobe. The second bedroom can be configured with 2 singles or a king size bed. The second bathroom has a shower and vanity, with a separate toilet off the hallway. Both bedrooms have sliding doors opening onto balconies with views of the trees on Currumbin Hill. There is a separate laundry with washing machine and dryer. Free Wifi is included as well as Telstra TV with streaming should you need a break from the beach! A starter pack is provided for coffee and tea, kitchen and laundry and liquid soap in bathrooms. Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries. There is basement parking for one car per unit. In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy, as it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am. Pets are not permitted at this property.
