In Piton-Saint-Leu,in the gentle western heights of Reunion, 320 m above sea level, Fleur de Cane is a tastefully furnished independent studio with good comfort. It is located in the lower part of a manicured garden where letchis,mango trees,coffee trees,banana trees,avocado trees,palms and bougainvillea. It has a pleasant grating terrace (furnished with chairs, sun loungers and dining table) open to a superb plunge view of the ocean. The space The place is quiet and only 1.5 km from the heart of the village. All services are close by (post office,bank,supermarket,tobacco/press,church,doctors,pharmacy,gas station, Chinese shops,hairdressers). On the day of your arrival the owners welcome you, the bed is made, all the linens, freshly ironed,is at your disposal. Extra set of sheets/cases: 18.00 euros. Towel set (large and small): 5.00 euros. This service is free if you stay 28 nights or more. The minimum rental time is 10 nights. The capacity is two people. A deposit of 300 euros is to be paid on arrival. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant: 40 euros The security deposit is returned within seven days. The rental starts indifferently on a day of the week or on weekends. Other things to note The studio is facing the sea. A 10-minute drive away, it is halfway between the Saint-Leu lagoon, whose seabed is the most rich on the island, and Etang-Salé-les-Bains beach with black volcanic sand. Saint-Leu, a seaside city with a family atmosphere, is renowned for its sports activities: legendary "left" surfing, unforgettable underwater dives, paragliding departures. Saint-Leu is also the Stella Farm Museum (5 minutes away), the Mascarin Botanical Conservatory (30 minutes by the picturesque CD13 located 50 m from the rental) and Kélonia, sea turtle farm. Saint-Pierre (30 minutes) with its marina and its avenue of the seafront offers a beautiful animation. 60 km from Piton are the recent lava flows, Cilaos is 50 km and the Piton de la Fournaise at 1h30. Going up to the north by the "road of the high leeward" which crosses at 1700m altitude a beautiful forest of tamarinds you will reach the piton Maïdo whose panorama on the circus of Mafate is breathtaking.
