Sleepout Hideaway , close to the CBD and Forest

Nestled privately in amongst bush, set away off the road you will find our cosy little Sleepout awaiting you. Located in the heart of Rotorua, close to the Forest, Lakes and town. Our guest wing is private, quiet and provides you with your own entrance to come and go as you please. Our sleepout offers you a queen size bed, bathroom, kitchenette and TV. We also provide off street parking. Self check in. Check in times; check in 3pm to 9pm and check out 10am. Centrally located, 20 minute walking distance to town. Local coffee shop, bakery, award winning Fish and Chips and dairy within 5 minute walking distance. Redwood Forest is 10 minutes drive or bike ride. You have your own patio area with table and chairs to help you relax, this is a deck off the sleepout with an outlook of native flora and garden. During your stay we will be available either on the property at times or via cellphone. 5 minute bike ride to the redwood forest. A dog and Cat are also present at the property. Our sleepout does have a TV however the TV is Chromecast only. You are able to watch local TV by downloading the TVNZ or Threenow App on your device.
