Beautiful two story home that is thirteen years old. Very modern with central air and heat, along with a pellet stove in the great room for extra warmth. Two miles north of Highway 180, the center of town. Three miles to downtown, one mile to the Gila Regional Center and three miles to Western New Mexico University. *** 25% discount for weekly stays, 45% discount for monthly stays. Quiet, peaceful snd safe location! Though you are only two miles from town you feel like you are miles from anywhere. Guests love the outdoor areas and will see rabbits and deer on a regular basis on the property. *** 25% discount for weekly stays, 45% discount for monthly stays. There is a jet tub in the master suite along with double sinks, a walk-in shower and a large closet. There are also French doors to the back patio from the master suite. One of the other bedrooms also has it’s own full bath attached and sliding doors to it’s own patio. The third bedroom is across the hall from another full bath. A long driveway hides the home from N. Swan Street and sits on two acres. Beautiful east facing picture windows provides gorgeous views of sunrises and a small beautiful valley. The back patio has a dining table with chairs for outside dinning, and a 36 inch propane flat griddle. Great for bbq’ing and cooking breakfast. There is also a free standing fire pit (but it may not be available due to fire danger). The full kitchen has all essentials for cooking and dining and has a unique AGA stove from England (please see YouTube videos about the stove). It has four ovens ranging from 150 to 450 degrees and is primarily for roasting and baking. When turned on, the stove is ready to cook 24/7! *****PLEASE NOTE: The AGA stove is not turned on unless requested by guests and approved by the host. It is recommended the stove not be used during the summer months since the stove can make the home hot during the summer since it does not turn off or down once it’s ready to use. The AGA does not have control knobs like a regular oven. Please see some of the YouTube videos that explain the stove and how it can be used. There are plenty of other cooking options provided; - Large Microwave/Convection Oven (instruction manual provided) - Ceramic double burner Induction Cooktop (instruction manual provided) - Two electric cooktops, each with two burners - Two electric flat griddles - Electric baking oven - Toaster - Crockpot - Large 36” propane flat griddle which is great for bbq’ing and making breakfast! This is in the garage where it can be used indoors, but can also be rolled outside to use. There is a kitchen nook with dining space for six and there is a formal dining table for six, along with four leather barstools at the kitchen bar. The east patio overlooks a small orchard with twelve fruit trees. Guests are welcome to fruit if available. The 55” Curved Samsung TV has a ROKU player with Netflix, Pandora, HBO, YouTube and several other channels, including Youtube TV, which has local and several more channels. Same options for the TV in the garage with a 65” HD TV. A DVD player is provided along with several dozen movies. In the garage are games, puzzles, chess board, tennis rackets & balls, pickleball net & paddles, golf putting mat with balls and several putters (for sale!), poker playing cards & chips. There is also a FM stereo in the garage. Guests are allowed to park one large vehicle in the garage if it will fit. Some large SUV’s and trucks are too long to fit in the garage. But two smaller vehicles may fit. The garage door opening is not high enough for most vehicles with roof racks, bicycles or kayaks on top. ***** PLEASE NOTE: - My home is not child safe. I have no cabinet or closet locks, and a few have cleaning products. My home sits on a hill and has a beautiful view, but no guardrail on the back patio, which has a sharp decline. There are lots of cactus on my property too. Please, please do not let children outside on their own. I don’t want to scare you, but want to ensure families have a safe visit. My furnace and central air have four settings per day. Guests are welcome to indicate what temperatures they like the controls set at or do their own settings. If open, the east windows solar heat the house in the morning and provide a beautiful view in the afternoon. I usually close the blinds at night to conserve heat. The three downstairs bedrooms and three bathrooms are for guests, but the upstairs loft is the host’s private area but open to guests as an extra TV room. **The host will never be in the house while guests are staying at the home. Guests will have the home to themselves. Host has an area upstairs that is blocked from guest access. The host never enters the home while guests are in the house. Front door access will be the guest’s last four digits of their phone number. Press these four numbers one at a time then press Quikset. Just pushing Quikset locks the door. The host will not be at the home when guests arrive nor during their stay, but is easily available to them by phone, text or via Airbnb. Secluded area with few neighbors. Beautiful views, peaceful, quiet and safe. Deer and rabbits are often seen on the property. Great patios for outdoor relaxation. By car is the easiest way to get around, but being only two miles from town allows guests to walk or ride bikes to town. There is also a local van option that picks up and drops off guests who want to visit local restaurants and bars. Reasonably priced and available until midnight. Please see the Corre Caminos or Corre Cantina website for information, including prices and reservations. The two acres the house sits on are fenced, but hilly and has cactus in some areas. **** PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED AT THE HOUSE!!! Sorry, but this includes large dinners, get togethers and BBQ’s. Only booked guests should be at the house. Please check with the host for any exceptions. Thank you!!
