This cozy room is the perfect place for anyone looking to explore in and around Colombo. Clean, bright, and airy, this is a great place to relax & unwind. The space This cozy private bedroom is air-conditioned, and also has a ceiling fan, it comes with a full attached private bathroom (without hot water). The room has been simply and tastefully furnished, Closet Space can be provided on request. A baby crib is available and can be provided on request. Meals We provide a complimentary Jug of boiled and cooled water in your room. Tea or Coffee can be provided on request at a nominal charge. Meals could be ordered via uber eats Linen & Cleaning We clean the rooms and bathrooms everyday. Linen will be changed on request for long term guests at a cost of LKR. 500/- (USD 3/-). Extra linen (Sheets, Towels, Pillows, Pillowcases etc.) can be provided on request as well. Laundry Laundry service will be provided for long-term guests at a nominal charge. Internet Wi-fi is available free of cost (please make sure to ask us for the password when you get here) Value added services Your hosts will be happy to help you plan your excursions in and out of Colombo/ Travel around Sri Lanka. The following services can be arranged on advance request. (Payments can be settled directly to service provider) * Airport pick/drop - Approximately USD 25/- (LKR. 3500/- for the car + LKR 300/- for the highway) * A Taxi/Tuk-tuk with a meter can be arranged to pick the guest up from Kawthar Villa and take the guest to any required destination. Check-in / Check-out Time is flexible. We always try our best to be flexible, but if we have two parties checking in and out on the same day, *check-in time is 2pm *check-out is Noon. We will correspond with the guests to request them for their time of arrival and departure and we will inform them if another guest is staying prior to or arriving straight after, as we can coordinate the timings of both sets of guests. Guest access The host will be there personally to welcome the guests most of the time. And is reachable via phone at anytime. * Guests will be provided with their own set of keys to their room. * We can offer one parking space for our guests. If you need it, please give us a heads up.
