Bookings are for use of the guest wing containing 2 x queen bedrooms, 2 x ensuite's, 1 guest lounge, outdoor bbq kitchen and pool area. Our neighbourhood is quiet. Strictly no parties or loud music The space The expansive pavilion-style floor-plan offers two bedrooms with ensuites. The guest bedroom wing is connected to the main living space by a covered alfresco area with outdoor kitchen and views over the sparkling retreat style pool. This home is beautifully-presented and immaculately-maintained. The home is in a rural zone and the council road leading into the property is a 200 metre gravel reserve road. Come and stay to enjoy a peaceful, serene lifestyle surrounded by nature. Bookings for this property is for maximum of 4 people only. Guest access Guest wing accommodation can be viewed from the circled map photo. Access to the guest pavilion is from the alfresco deck. Other things to note - Bookings are strictly for 25 years and over. - Strictly no parties or loud music. - No smoking within the accommodation guest house areas or deck. Smoking must be outside only. - Entry to the property is via a 200 metre long council reserve road. It is a built from gravel road-base.
