Welcome to the Hüs Neiwoi in Borgsum The lovingly furnished, detached single-family house under reed is located in a quiet side street with idyllic thatched-roof houses in Borgsum. Your holiday home is spread over two floors with a garden of almost 1000 m2. All loved ones are welcome to come with us. 8 adults and 2 children up to 14 years of age can enjoy their dream holiday here comfortably. It offers an approx. 150 m² holiday home on two floors with 4 bedrooms and 1 children's bedroom for 2 children. You enter the house via a large hall with plenty of storage space. One bedroom with double bed is located on the ground floor with adjoining shower room. The approx. 50m2 spacious living-dining area with large window front, reading corner, and fireplace offers space for socializing and cozy hours. Upstairs there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The island town of Borgsum offers a country baker and two nice restaurants, a bike rental, the historic mill and a bus stop. All minutes away. You can easily reach the beach in 5 minutes by bike. A very nice playground, with volleyball court and small football pitch is close to the cottage. Borgsum is very rural, but has a central island location. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the march from the Lembecksburg (Ringwall). A spa doctor, dentist, shopping facilities and other cafes and restaurants can be found in the island town of Nieblum, approx. 2 km away. Distribution: Ideal for holidays with the grandparents, a bedroom with double bed and adjoining shower room is on the bottom floor. 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double bed of which 3 bedrooms with LED TV, 1 children's bedroom adjacent to bathroom and parent's bedroom. 3 bathrooms: 2 shower rooms and 1 bathtub. Extra closed family area on the upper floor, master bedroom with sofa area and TV, bathroom ensuite and adjoining children's bedroom for 2 children up to approx. 12-14 years. Facilities of the holiday house: dishwasher, oven and 4 hobs, coffee machine, kettle, drying rack, iron, pharmacy, first aid box, washing machine and dryer in the utility room, parking on the property for 4 cars. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a children's highchair and a baby travel bed (at an extra cost).
