Welcome to Hüs Neiwoi in Borgsum The lovingly furnished, detached single-family house under thatch is located in a quiet side street with idyllic thatched houses in Borgsum. Your vacation home is spread over two floors with almost 1000 m² of garden. Everyone is allowed to come. 8 adults and 2 children up to 14 years of age can comfortably enjoy their dream vacation here. Look forward to a 150 m² holiday home on two floors with 4 bedrooms and 1 children's bedroom for 2 children. You enter the house through a large hallway with plenty of storage space. One bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor with an adjoining shower room. The approx. 50 m² spacious living/dining area with a large window front, reading corner, and fireplace offers space for socializing and cozy hours. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The island village of Borgsum offers a country bakery and two nice restaurants, a bicycle rental, the historic mill and a bus stop. Everything is just minutes away. The beach is easily accessible after 5 minutes by bike. A very nice playground, with volleyball court and small soccer field is located near the vacation home. Borgsum is very rural, but has a central island location. You can enjoy a beautiful view over the marsh from Lembecksburg (ring wall). A bathing doctor, dentist, shopping facilities and other cafes and restaurants can be found in the island village of Nieblum, approx. 2 km away. Layout: Ideal for holidays with grandparents, a bedroom with a double bed and adjoining shower room is on the ground floor. 5 bedrooms: 4 bedrooms with double bed of which 3 bedrooms with LED TV, 1 children's bedroom adjacent to bathroom and parents' bedroom. 3 bathrooms: 2 shower bathrooms and 1 bathtub. Extra enclosed family area upstairs, parents' bedroom with sofa area and TV, ensuite bathroom and adjoining children's bedroom for 2 children up to about 12-14 years of age. Features of the vacation home: Dishwasher, oven and 4 hobs, coffee machine, kettle, drying rack, iron, medicine cabinet, first aid box, washing machine and dryer in the utility room, parking on the property for 4 cars. For our youngest guests, we are happy to provide a high chair and a baby travel cot (for an extra charge).
