Short term stays. 4 nights MAX stay. please discuss (email) with landlord if you have special circumstances that require longer ( 1 week max). Bookings will not be accepted if no contact is recieved at the time of booking. please read my policies regarding pets, young children, cleaning fees and travelling alone. Located on the Southern end of island near Sandy Beach, 8km from the ferry. Peaceful, relaxing getaway. A short walk to Sandy Beach. Full use of upstairs. X2 bedrooms with queen size beds. Linen, tea, coffee included. Transport; unless you bring car on the barge we have taxi mini buses. Beach is walking distance. Tennis rackets supplied if you want a hit on our island courts located at the Northern end of island. Wide concrete driveway. CCTV security Eateries; R.S.L, Bowls club both offer courtesy bus. Several cafes, kebab,pizza and fish n chip take, pizza, kebab take away. New Mediterranean restaurant. Inter island Ferries are free. Shopping; IGA, bakery, chemist, hairdresser, post office, Saturday markets. All located near the ferry. Check in from 10am-6pm ( if you are checking in after 6pm please advise host) Check out by 9.30am on day of departure. Min stay x2 nights Max stay x 4 nights Max guests x4 (please make sure you have the correct number of guests when booking. Once your stay is booked i cannot accept additional guests) Travelling alone: Please note, if you or anyone staying here has a medical condition that could be a safety issue, please advise prior to booking to discuss. Pets & young children; Sorry no pets or young children Cleaning. A standard cleaning fee applies however if the linen is stained from cosmetics or other a $20 additional fee will apply.
