Our bright, spacious apartment features 2 comfy bedrooms, a full bath with toiletries, laundry area, and a fully stocked kitchen with coffee, tea, and hot cocoa K-cups. Relax in the cozy family room with reclining sofa and Roku Smart TV. Enjoy our Disney+ and Amazon Prime accounts, or log into your own streaming apps. The temperature is adjustable to your liking, and outside you’ll find a big backyard with grass, a playhouse, and (seasonal) trampoline. You may even meet Kona, our sweet, people-loving dog! Guest access You’ll have private access to the apartment through your own entrance and the entire basement to yourselves. (A few storage rooms remain locked.) The backyard is shared, and you’ll have an outdoor parking spot on the street near the gate, or in the driveway if preferred. Our friendly dog, Kona, often plays in the backyard near your entrance. She loves greeting guests but isn’t comfortable around other animals, which is why we don’t allow pets. If you need any special accommodations regarding her, just let us know! Other things to note We’ve been Airbnb hosts for over five years, and our place stays booked nearly year-round! Check-out is at or before 11 AM so we have time to clean and prepare for the next guests. Early check-ins are rarely possible, but check-in is always available anytime after 4 PM. If you need special arrangements, please message us, we’ll do our best! (A small fee may apply for early check-ins or late check-outs, depending on our schedule.)
