Private Studio Apartment in East Woonsocket

The location is minutes away from CVS corporate offices, AMICA, highways (Route 99, Route 146, Route 295 and Route 495), shopping centers, restaurants, church, and Planet Fitness gym. There is a grocery store five minutes away, a Dollar General within walking distance as well as CVS. Bryant University is 15 minutes away and less than 30 minutes from JWU, RISD, Brown University. Providence is 20 minutes away and it is also less than 30 minutes to Gillette Stadium and the Xfinity Center. The space This is a 700 square foot private studio apartment with a fully stocked kitchen, stove/oven and full size refrigerator. There is a dedicated work area with a desk and chair. The living/bedroom area has a full size bed and a futon which is used as a sofa (IT DOES NOT OPEN UP). There is an HD television which allows access to streaming television (using your login/password). The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and has recently been renovated; all linens are available for use). The apartment has a private entry way and is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Parking is allowed in the driveway and you may use the backyard at any time. There are two flights of stairs to get to the apartment. There is NO smoking allowed ANYWHERE on the property. Guest access You and your guest have complete access to the entire apartment, a full bathroom (shower & bathtub) and a living/bedroom area that has a full-size bed. You may also relax in the back yard. Please note that I live on the first floor of the house. NOTE: A copy of a valid government-issued ID is required from all guests prior to check-in. This helps us maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone. Other things to note The Franklin Forge Park train station is 15 minutes away and the Providence and Pawtucket train stations are 20 minutes away.
