Downtown, First Floor, Short Walk to Everything!

This property is in the perfect location. It's about a third of a mile to the heart of Traverse City. You can't beat it for walkability! You can also access a nice beach a couple of blocks away. This spacious, ground level condo was recently furnished and has new stainless appliances and composite counters. It sleeps six with a king, a queen and a quality sofa bed. Free assigned parking is included and the building has an entry code. Note that a dog is in the property in the summer. The space The location is fabulous-- it's a super short walk to all of the fun. Since it's on the first floor, it's easy for everyone to get in and out of. There is assigned parking, too! Guest access The property is accessed from a rear door in the parking lot, which is behind the building. The entry door is in the hallway on the right. You will be given codes for both doors. Details to follow. Other things to note Please note that for stays of one month or longer, we recommend a midstay cleaning. Note that the HDTVs DO NOT have cable but are ready for streaming. We can often receive a few local channels via antenna. Please bring linens for the sofa bed. If you have more than one car, there is extra parking in back and weekend parking on the street.
