Tothery Cottage is a beautiful detached barn conversion which offers spacious accommodation with stylish contemporary furnishings situated in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty, deep within the West Dorset countryside. The space Tothery Cottage has been tastefully furnished and equipped to the highest standard and features a bright sitting room with a wood burning stove. The accommodation, which is all ground floor, is part open-plan and includes a kitchen/dining room, one double and one twin bedroom. The cottage is the perfect size for a family of four or couples looking to enjoy a relaxing retreat in this beautiful rural location. As part of a collection of three stunning properties at Stapleford Farm, guests have the privilege of enjoying the far reaching views, space and countryside that surrounds the property, and there is a small pretty garden area with furniture for enjoying al fresco dining whilst admiring the scenery. The pretty village of Hooke is tucked away in the Dorset Downs Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with a picturesque pond and 15th century church at its centre. There are pleasant walks of varying length in the immediate vicinity. To the south of Hooke lies the iron aged hill fort of Eggardon and close by are numerous quaint villages and the towns of Beaminster and Dorchester. Additional accommodation is available at neighbouring Bower Cottage and Drackenorth Lodge, which also form part of the Stapleford Farm Cottages. Additional Information A cot and highchair are available on request. All twin beds are zip-and-link. Sorry, no pets. A charcoal barbecue is provided.
