The garden is well maintained and has extensive lawns and mediterranean, richly flowering plants with a tropical flair. There is a parking space on the property, Internet is available via W-LAN. Small dog up to max. 10 kg and over 1 year old possible. The Space: For rent is the comfortably furnished ground floor apartment with a large living-dining room (direct exit to the pool terrace), kitchen (with dishwasher), 1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). There is also a third bedroom (without a window) in which one or two children could sleep. There is another apartment on the upper floor. However, this is usually closed and nobody lives there. Guest Access: The keys will be handed over directly at the house by the caretaker. Please get in contact 1 week before arrival to confirm the arrival time. To him are to pay the additional expenses like final cleaning etc. The Neighborhood: The house is in a very quiet residential area in Javea, El Tossalet. A security service is on duty at different times. Getting Around: Restaurants are within walking distance, supermarkets and various beautiful beaches are within easy driving distance. Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption.
