Lake Altoona Private Lowerlevel Retreat/Work Trip

Weekly avail. ask-Keypad access to a private space 1200 sq ft in the lower floor(steps) Lake Altoona home with lake frontage/patio/fire pits/dock/water craft use via a gravel path, full size kitchen, dinning area with all amenities including coffee and tea, king size bed in large bedroom-a view of the lake, 2 living rooms with free wifi/ 2-TVs-roku, Sling TV, Netflix and free channels including music channels/ couches/footstools/fireplace/ outdoor/indoor games/a large shower bath/vanity/towels. The space The large private lowerlevel has several seperate living spaces for 4 guests. There is a seasonal gas fireplace in the livingroom/reading nook area with a total of three couches (no guests sleeping on leather couches please), footstools and a chair. A 42" TV has Roku with Sling/Netflicks/Roku channel and other free networks including music channels. Wifi is available for guests. A full size kitchen with dinning areas is available with all necessary dishes, glassware and cooking ware/appliances. The large shower bathroom has a sit down vanity/soaps/linens. Sliding glass doors led to a patio/firepit/seating/small grill/seasonal table and hammocks and access to the 42" wide path to the lake, non power water crafts, lower firepit, boat docks and lakeside screened in porch. *If children, a parent must be in attendance at all times in the home and at the lakeside. *Lake use/access or use of the home requires a hold harmless agreement, agreed to by accepting rules of the home and payment through booking. Check in is 4-9pm (before 8pm if you need a tour from hosts) which may be flexible please ask and check out is 11am, but also may be flexible. Guest access Your space includes two living areas, a full shower and large sit down vanity bathroom with linens in a corner closet, a large kitchen/bar and dinning space and a large king size bed, bedroom. There are two TVs in the bedroom with an older TV to play children's DVDs and a smaller DVD TV with Roku. The larger living area has a 42" TV that has Roku (both this and bedroom TV has Roku for access to Sling (cable TV), Roku network and Netflix ( pls use Yellow guest icon). There is a patio with table/chairs for outside dinning, a small grill, chairs around the upper fire pit with owner provided wood and at lakeside another firepit with seating for 7, a screened in porch holding fishing/lake gear, paddles and firepit items. Access to the lake is next to the fire pit down some stairs to two docks and included also are non motorized row boat, canoe and two kayaks. Both docks have access to and from the water. A dock space for your boat. Water is approximately 2' or less at the shore and over 7' and more at the end of the dock, however no diving is allowed as debris may be hidden from view. Other things to note The 34" wide gravel path to the lake slopes in decent. Please use caution (no running) and good foot gear. Please stay on the path as perineal/natural flowers, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries grow alongside the path and we feel it's important to preserve these wild areas! Walking/biking path located directly across from the driveway leading to the public beach to the east and River Praire Development to the west. Use your GPS to guide you as paths connect for miles into Eau Claire, campus and Chippewa Falls areas!
