The Space: The upper level consists of a large lounge/family area including TV complete with blu-ray player, Xbox 360 & games, a Wii unit and a front balcony to relax. Also three bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom has a King bed, ensuite & WIR with access to the balcony. Bed 2 offers a Queen Bed while Bed 3 has a Tri-bunk and a double bunk. The lower level has another bedroom at the front of the house that can sleep 5 with a Tri-bunk and a double bunk and there is a separate bathroom as well. The open plan kitchen and dining area are alongside another large lounge/family area (with TV and blu-ray player) that opens onto an all-weather out-door patio area that is fenced to keep children and pets safe. The patio continues outside the fence and steps down to a grassed area and your own private jetty. The garage has been converted into a Games Room and includes an air-hockey table, table tennis table, pool table, football table and equipment. There are kayaks available (if using kayaks please BYO life jackets to ensure sizing is correct. We hold no responsibility for any injuries whilst using kayaks). Everything you want to keep you amused when not relaxing and enjoying the serenity.
