Easy to find parking on street Laundry in Building 1 mile to 3rd St Promenade & 4 blocks to Montana Ave, both have 5 star restaurants & shopping. The space Large bedroom with king bed, walk in closet, tv, dresser, desk, office chair, chaise lounge chair. Shared bathroom with shower & separate bath tub Balcony Sunroom has a private sauna (private but shared with me not whole building) Parking on street, easy to find. Large kitchen with Dishwasher Microwave Crock Pot Vitamix blender Coffee pot for ground coffee beans or Keurig Pods Air Frying conventional toaster oven Fully stocked cooking gear WiFi Heated Pool May-Sept Coin washer & dryer in the building TV in bedroom and living room Beach gear, umbrella, cooler, beach blanket, surf board, skate boards, games, yoga mats. Guest access Kitchen, living room, bathroom, balcony/sunroom, sauna, and their bedroom, pool. Basically the whole place except my bedroom.
