A cosy study area is set in a corner of the room and the kitchen area is fully equipped with all the utilities needed for a comfortable stay. FIRST BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom This comfortable room, painted in red, is situated on the ground floor and features a double bed, a chest of drawers, a TV and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath tub, and a single wash basin. SECOND BEDROOM with en-suite bathroom This bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a double bed, a TV, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, a WC and a single wash basin. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** Please note, this home is set over 2 floors and there is no lift in the property. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details.
