SECURITY BOND: A security bond is compulsory for all reservations. All reservations must pay a Security Bond of $1500.00 no later than the day prior to arrival. CLEANING & LINEN FEES: All cleaning and linen fees must be paid when the reservation is made. . This unit is upstairs only, downstairs unit is private property. With 2 bedrooms this unit does accommodate a maximum of 7-8 guests, with 2 guests on the fold out lounge. There is a great deck off the kitchen with a BBQ for entertaining. The kitchen is fully self -contained with a fridge and box freezer, gas stove/oven and all dish ware, own bathroom with shower. This nicely presented home is quite quirky with a feel of beach and Bali inside. There are 2 bedrooms in this property both with king size beds and built in wardrobes, one of the bedrooms upstairs has an ensuite, plus a double sofa couch in the lounge room. There is a second bathroom downstairs. Great sized lounge room with Balinese furniture and a TV, lounge area opens out on the deck. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, gas stove top/oven, microwave, combined kitchen/dining area. Linen hire is not included, if guests wish to hire sheets, towels, pillowcases and have made beds up prior to arrival, there is an additional fee of $50.00 per person not included in the nightly rates or clean fee.
