The space In terms of layout, you will access the house via an exterior staircase and enter the 1st floor of the chalet where there is: - A beautiful living room illuminated by large windows overlooking the superb landscape where you will enjoy: => a kitchen/dining room area with an ultra-contemporary design with all the useful and essential equipment (oven and microwave, fridge-freezer, hotplates, dishwasher, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils) and a huge central island forming a dining table with 10 adjustable seats. => a living room area with the traditional set: huge brand new corner sofa, coffee table and TV. A wood stove completes the decor. => access to the large balcony facing the lake with 2 tables and numerous garden armchairs - Independent toilets - A laundry room with washing machine - A large bathroom with Italian shower, large bathtub and double sink unit - A master suite with a queen size bed (160x200cm) and an adjoining bathroom with Italian shower Access to the upper floor is via a wooden staircase located opposite the living area.
